Prepaid treatment refunds

If a Belle Vie clinician determines that your prepaid treatment is not clinically appropriate for you, we will provide a full refund of the unused purchase.

Change of mind

Otherwise, Belle Vie does not offer refunds. If you have purchased a treatment in advance that has not expired and no longer wish to receive that treatment, you may apply your payment toward another future treatment.

Appointment changes and cancellations

A credit card is required for appointments. Please give at least 24 hours’ notice to change or reschedule an appointment.

Late cancellations and no-shows for most appointments are subject to a $50 fee. For appointments scheduled for one hour or longer, the late-cancellation or no-show fee is $200. These are the existing appointment cancellation terms; prepaying online does not reserve an appointment.
